Practice management software for Turkish accountants.

The problem

A Turkish accounting office files several returns per client every month, each with its own statutory deadline, and tracks approvals, tax debts and official e-notifications across separate government portals. Most offices stitch this together by hand in spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads, and collect documents and fees the same way.

What does

• Filing tracker. VAT, withholding and social security (MUHSGK), provisional tax, annual income/corporate tax and e-ledger berat per client, with Turkish deadline rules: weekends and public holidays shift to the next business day, Revenue Administration (GİB) extensions are applied.
• GİB sync (Chrome extension). A free extension published on the Chrome Web Store reads the lists an accountant already sees on GİB portals (filing approvals, assessment PDFs, tax debts, e-notifications, card-terminal sales) and queues them for review in the dashboard. Passwords are never sent to any server.
• Fee ledger. Monthly fees, one-off charges and partial payments as an append-only ledger; balances carry over, oldest debt is settled first, statements can be shared with clients.
• WhatsApp reminders. Prefilled templates (documents, filings, tax debt, instalments, fees) open in the accountant’s own WhatsApp; no paid API or per-message fee.
• Client portal and document inbox. Each client gets a personal link (opened with the last four digits of their tax ID) to see assessments, debts and statements, and to upload invoices and receipts. Uploads are verified server-side, rate-limited and deleted after 90 days.
• Team permissions. Field-level, optionally time-limited permissions for staff and interns, enforced in server-side security rules; GİB credentials live in a separate vault.
• E-ledger archive and AI assistant. Encrypted 10-year archive for e-ledger files with integrity checks; a legislation assistant that answers with citations from official sources and drafts client messages without sending client identifiers to the model.

Security and data protection

Data is stored on Google Cloud in the European Union (Firestore multi-region eur3; files and functions in europe-west1, Belgium), encrypted in transit and at rest. Each office is isolated by server-side security rules, the database has 7-day point-in-time recovery, and abuse-prone endpoints are protected with Firebase App Check (reCAPTCHA Enterprise). Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) the accounting office is the data controller for client data and beyanna.me acts as the processor.

Company

beyanna.me was started in 2026 in Manisa, Türkiye, by Tarık Furkan Dilbaz. It is currently a sole proprietorship in the process of incorporation and is opening a pilot programme for accounting offices.
